Charges in addition to the actual price of the goods

The price of the goods does not include delivery costs, fees for cash on delivery payments, or bank transfer fees. These will be charged separately.

Term of validity

The term of validity is 7 days from the order date. If no payment is made within the 7 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Defective goods

In the case of defective goods, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. However, except in the case of defective goods, we reserve the right to refuse return of the goods.

Delivery period

Items will be shipped within 3 days of receiving the order.
In the case of cash on delivery orders, shipping will occur within 3 days of receiving the order. In the case of payment by bank transfer, shipping will be within 3 working days after confirmation of the payment.

If you don’t want the items shipped immediately, please inform us in writing when you place the order.
If, for any reason, we have to delay delivery, you will be informed by e-mail.
